Visa Information

Dear visitors, if you have decided to visit Serbia we have prepared some information that may be useful for you. In order to be granted the entrance to the Republic of Serbia, you will need a valid travel document (passport) and a valid visa if required. Additionally, you will have to provide a proof of sufficient funds for staying in Serbia. Special requirements may apply in case of pandemic affected areas, as defined by the information of the Ministry of Health. It is always recommended to have health insurance for the period of stay in Serbia, covering possible medical costs in the amount of no less than 20,000 EUR.

Before you visit Serbia please check if you need a visa (http://www.mfa.gov.rs/en/consular-affairs/entry-serbia/visa-regime) and check general visa requirements (http://www.mfa.gov.rs/en/consular-affairs/entry-serbia/visa-requirements). Visa application process starts by submission of visa request to the Embassy or Consulate General of Republic of Serbia (http://www.mfa.gov.rs/en/embassies/serbian-diplomatic-missions/serbian-embassies). Please note that you are applying for a visa type C – short stay visa.

In order to help us properly prepare visa invitation letter please send your request from your official institutional e-mail address. Additionally, prior to receiving the invitation letter you need to complete the registration procedure for the conference.
